Shoe assessments begin with a movement and shoe analysis, where Jonny observes how your mechanics change with different shoes and how your feet, knees, hips, and back respond with each step.
After the assessment, you’ll receive personalized shoe recommendations so you can stop guessing and finally understand what your body needs from the ground up.
A Shoe Assessment can also be added to any training package.

Your 1:1 sessions take place in our private gym, where you’ll rebuild strength, mobility, and alignment through intentional, corrective movement.
Every client begins with a complimentary 15-minute Meet & Greet to make sure the fit feels right. From there, you’ll complete an Initial Assessment Session, where Jonny looks at your movement patterns, posture, imbalances, and goals.
This assessment becomes your roadmap.
Together, you’ll create a personalized training plan designed to help you:

With Jonny’s background in alignment-based training and mobility work, each session combines effective strength training with corrective techniques, allowing you to see real, lasting changes in how you feel and move.

Online Training

Custom coaching designed to improve how you move, reduce pain, and build strength, right from home or your local gym.
Just like in-person clients, online coaching begins with a 15-minute Meet & Greet followed by an Initial Assessment Session, done virtually. Jonny will evaluate how you move, how your body compensates, and what needs to change for you to feel better long-term.
